1. One-Time Return Policy: Returns are allowed only once per order.

2. Return Window: Customers may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery. Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

3. Return Condition: Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging intact.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for self-shipping their returns. Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable local courier service.

5. Return Eligibility: Only damaged dresses are eligible for return. Returns for size mismatches will not be accepted.

6. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, the refund process will be initiated within 7 business days.

Refund Procedure:

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your returned product. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.
