Prettypattu (VB Sarees)

1. There is a one-time return policy for all products.
2. Customers can return their order within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns are not applicable for customized or personalized orders.
3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
4. Customers must self-ship their returns. Please pack items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable local courier service for self-shipped returns.

Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions for Refund:

1. You can request a refund for any order within 3 days of its delivery.
2. If you are a guest user, you will need to register with the email address used to place the order in order to request a refund.

Refund Procedure:

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your returned product. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.
